Joleane has been in the hair industry for over 17 years. At an early age, she knew she had a passion for the fashion industry and enrolled in cosmetology school even before graduating from high school. Following her high school graduation, she enrolled in an apprentice program in one of the top salons in the country to perfect her craft. One of the many techniques the program taught her was to take the time when a cut was complete to personalize the style for each and every client. Joleane excels in punctuality and reliability; she also really listens to her clients’ lifestyle, wants and desires. Joleane then puts her expertise into action to create a haircut and color that helps each client look and feel beautiful. She believes her consistency with all of these qualities has developed her loyal following. Joleane believes continued education is necessary to keep inspiration and to be updated on the latest fashion trends. Some of her certifications and extensive trainings include: Goldwell Master Colorist, Jacques Dessange French method of hair cutting, Frederic Fekkai Academy in New York, Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco, Bumble & Bumble Academy in New York, Deva Curl Academy and Keratin complex smoothing therapy. When the opportunity to co-own a salon at a premier location in Santa Rosa came along, she jumped at the chance to be a part of Halo Salon. The business opened in February 2014 with a team of some of the very best hairstylists. Joleane feels very blessed to be living out her passion, and she is determined to make sure every client that enters into Halo Salon has an excellent experience.
